Scope of Works
Westcool was engaged for the mechanical installation services at Altum Retirement Living, a high-spec multi-level retirement development located at 10 Nautilus Crescent, Scarborough. Our scope included the supply and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems across all base building areas and 51 premium residential apartments.
The development features a diverse range of facilities, including two levels of basement car parking, storage areas, bin stores, a fire pump room, a Western Power transformer room, and a Men’s Shed. Above these, the building includes six levels of residential apartments. In addition to the apartments, common amenities such as a gym, yoga room, theatre, and dining areas are located on the ground floor.
Project Outcome
Westcool successfully completed the mechanical installation on time and within the allocated budget, ensuring the highest quality standards for air conditioning and ventilation across the entire building. The project was delivered with full functionality in all areas, providing residents with a comfortable and efficient living environment.
