The Westcool Story
From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leaders
Founded in 2016, Westcool initially began as a subcontractor, offering refrigeration and HVAC services to various businesses across the Perth Metro area. In just a short period, the company quickly transitioned to providing direct services to its own expanding client base. This shift marked the beginning of Westcool’s journey towards becoming a trusted and reputable name in the industry.
As the company’s reputation grew, so did its workforce. In March 2017, Westcool employed its first apprentice, followed by the addition of its first technician in October 2017. This growth led to the opening of our first office in May 2018, a milestone that set the stage for further expansion.
In July 2019, Westcool enhanced its service offerings by introducing a mechanical installations division, further solidifying its position as a comprehensive solutions provider. As demand continued to rise, we moved premises in August 2020 to accommodate our growing team and operations.
In 2021, we expanded once again with the launch of an electrical division, broadening our scope of services and providing even greater value to our clients. The following year, in 2022, we refreshed our brand with a new logo and fully branded vehicles, marking an exciting new chapter for Westcool.
In 2024, Westcool established a formal board structure, setting the foundation for continued strategic growth and long-term success. As we look ahead, we remain committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring that Westcool will continue to be a brand you can rely on for years to come.
